This was announced by Danylo Hetmantsev, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, on Telegram.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"473\">The law \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the establishment of a new type of bank \u2014 a financial inclusion bank \u2014 which will operate under a limited banking license.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"737\">The main purpose of such a bank will be to serve clients who currently lack stable access to financial services, including Ukrainian citizens and microenterprises in areas close to the combat zone, in liberated territories, as well as socially vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"943\">A financial inclusion bank will be able to provide banking and other financial services to individuals, businesses, public and charitable organizations, as well as state authorities and local governments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1216\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Hetmantsev noted that existing banks, postal operators, large retail chains, gas station networks, and other companies that already have experience serving large numbers of customers and operate extensive networks may be interested in obtaining a limited banking license.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":150891,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-150890","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/150890","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/150891"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=150890"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=150890"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=150890"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=150890"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
