Its terms of service prohibit even qualified researchers from independently collecting such data, including through scraping. The access procedures include excessive restrictions that prevent studying systemic risks in the EU.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1246\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The company has 60 working days to report on measures taken to address the violations, and 90 days to submit an action plan to fix issues with the ad repository and data access.
