This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in an interview with Fox News.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"541\">According to him, the United States wants Ukraine\u2019s economy not only to recover after the war but to \u201cbegin to actively prosper.\u201d Rubio emphasized that this can be achieved if \u201cthe right things are done,\u201d which would allow Ukraine\u2019s GDP to surpass Russia\u2019s within ten years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"891\">\u201cWhat can Ukraine agree to, considering all the dynamics I just mentioned, and what will Russia agree to? Ultimately, this doesn\u2019t depend on us. This is not our war. We are not the ones fighting. These are not American soldiers. This is happening on another continent.
