This is stated in an official announcement by the UK government.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"622\">According to a general licence issued by the UK Treasury, until February 26 any individuals (except those under sanctions) may conduct transactions with Lukoil International and its subsidiaries, as well as make payments between any other counterparties within such operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"746\">Funds will be placed into a frozen account or may be paid out once Lukoil International is no longer controlled by Lukoil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"966\">Lukoil owns three oil refineries in Europe, stakes in oil fields in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Mexico, Ghana, Egypt and Nigeria, as well as hundreds of retail fuel stations worldwide, including in the United States.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1069\">Lukoil was added to the UK sanctions list in mid-October and was later included in the U.S. SDN List.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":150704,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-150703","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/150703","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/150704"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=150703"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=150703"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=150703"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=150703"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
