The company’s revenue reached a record $57 billion, which is 62% higher than a year earlier and 22% (over $10 billion) more than in the previous quarter.

Nvidia’s CFO Colette Kress stated that the company expects to generate around $500 billion from sales of Blackwell and Rubin accelerators between early 2024 and the end of 2026. According to her, demand for AI computing far exceeds forecasts, and accelerators from the Ampere, Hopper, and Blackwell generations—already deployed in major cloud systems—are consistently operating at full load.

The main growth driver was the data center segment. Its revenue jumped 66% to $51.2 billion, an all-time high. The networking solutions segment grew 162% to $8.2 billion, making it one of the largest in the world. Within the Blackwell line, leadership has shifted: the newer GB300 accelerators now account for about two-thirds of all revenue from the series. Despite worsening U.S.–China trade relations, the company managed to earn $50 million from H20 sales in the Chinese market—although management noted that this contribution was not significant for the quarter.

The gaming division generated $4.3 billion—a 30% year-over-year increase, but only 7.5% of Nvidia’s total revenue. Compared to the previous quarter, the figure fell 1% as the company normalized inventory ahead of major holiday sales. The annual growth is attributed to the popularity of the Blackwell architecture.

The professional visualization segment also continued to expand: revenue increased 56% to $760 million, supported by strong demand for DGX Spark systems. The automotive business rose 32% year-over-year, reaching $592 million. OEM and other products contributed $174 million, up 79% from last year.

Overall, computing and networking products brought Nvidia $50.9 billion in revenue—64% more than a year earlier. Graphics products accounted for $6.1 billion, also showing significant annual growth of 51%. Nvidia’s leadership estimates the potential global annual spending on AI infrastructure at $3–4 trillion.

The company also confirmed that the next-generation Rubin accelerators will debut in the second half of 2026. The Vera Rubin platform, which combines seven chips, will deliver a multiple increase in performance compared to Blackwell, according to Nvidia.

In the current quarter, Nvidia expects revenue of around $65 billion—another quarterly increase of approximately 14%. Gross margin is expected to rise from 73.4% to about 74.8%. Next year, company expenses will grow, but Nvidia plans to maintain profitability in the 74–76% range. The company does not expect significant revenue from China this quarter.

[9
["post-150672","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti
["GET
