Bloomberg reported this on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"321\" data-end=\"531\">According to the report, the Treasury issued a license permitting certain transactions related to the company\u2019s retail fuel stations and contracts for the sale of its international assets until December 13.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"675\">In addition, a separate sanctions exemption for transactions involving Lukoil\u2019s subsidiaries in Bulgaria has been extended until April 29.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"1041\">Sources told the outlet that interest in purchasing Lukoil\u2019s foreign assets has increased in recent days, with potential buyers from the US, Europe, and the Persian Gulf seeking Treasury approval to engage with the company. One of the options under consideration involves a primary buyer acquiring most of the international assets, alongside several smaller deals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1296\">As Russia\u2019s most internationally diversified oil company, Lukoil holds stakes in refineries across Europe and has significant assets in oil fields from Iraq to Kazakhstan.
