The review of proposals from potential buyers has begun,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"872\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Lukoil noted that the sale will take place under a license issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury\u2019s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
