He added that fuel reserves are currently full and should last until the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1137\">Russia and Serbia continue to search for a way to lift the U.S. sanctions, which were announced in January and took effect on October 9 after the last exemption expired.
