In July, the EU also imposed restrictions on two Chinese banks, prompting Beijing to retaliate in August by banning two Lithuanian banks from operating in China.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"1060\">The final draft of the sanctions package has already been approved by EU member states but has yet to be formally adopted due to reservations from Slovakia.
