The starting price is set at 151.9 million UAH, the agency\u2019s press service reported.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"57\" data-end=\"312\">\u201cAn auction has been announced for the privatization of a state-owned stake amounting to 97.5458% of the authorized capital of Zaporizhzhia Production Aluminum Plant JSC, which represents 607,446,012 shares,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"722\">The auction will take place on November 4 of this year through the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system. The starting price is 151.9 million UAH.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"902\">The company\u2019s main business activity is aluminum production, with its primary product being aluminum wire rod, produced through tolling (contract-based) processing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1084\">According to the SPFU, the enterprise is \u201can excellent brownfield project, located in the city of Zaporizhzhia, near the national highway H08 and a railway line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1251\">Among the site\u2019s advantages are its large total area of buildings and land plots, making it suitable for either business operations or relocation purposes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1514\">The plant\u2019s balance sheet includes 1,497 registered units of real estate and infrastructure with a total area exceeding 370,000 square meters, as well as 292 vehicles and special machines and 25 registered land plots totaling 216 hectares.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1741\">Additionally, 18 state-owned assets remain under government ownership and were not included in the company\u2019s charter capital (including two shelters, instruments, radio stations, engineering networks, and roadways).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"2045\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant, built in 1930, was once the only producer of primary aluminum in Ukraine, with an annual capacity exceeding 100,000 tons. It was previously owned by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
