The name of the bank has not been disclosed, and the date of the hearing has not yet been set.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"780\">The confiscation procedure was triggered by a violation of the ban on managing funds frozen as a result of Russia\u2019s aggressive war against Ukraine.
