The violations involved coordinated actions that distorted the results of state tenders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"902\">The first case concerned Hospodar-2 LLC and Demsey PE, which participated in tenders for the construction of a pumping station in Pervomaisk and the capital repair of a neurology department at a hospital in the Mykolaiv region. The total expected value of the tenders exceeded \u20b434 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1156\">The investigation found that the companies had coordinated their behavior, exchanged information, and jointly prepared tender proposals, effectively eliminating competition. For these violations, they were fined a total of \u20b43,074,937.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1497\">The second case involved Pharmedis LLC and DM-Project LLC, which took part in two tenders to supply medical materials for the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects of Ukraine. The companies also acted in concert during the preparation and participation stages to eliminate competition.
