According to government officials, the measure is aimed at improving quality, ensuring proper after-sales service, and building trust among international customers, Carscoops reports.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"691\">Until now, some vehicles were supplied to foreign markets through unofficial channels, often depriving buyers of service support. This undermined the reputation of Chinese brands and fueled price wars in local markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"948\">Wu Songquan, Director of Policy Research at the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, noted that it is important for domestic manufacturers to follow the example of global automakers, standardize export processes, and raise quality standards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1318\">The timing of the new rules is no coincidence\u2014it comes shortly after China officially became the world\u2019s largest car exporter, surpassing even Japan.
