The first regions will be the Middle East, where the Magotan and Sagitar sedans will arrive as early as November.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"659\">The Magotan, based on the latest generation of the European VW Passat, is larger in size, while the Sagitar is more compact, though both share the same platform. It is possible that in new markets they will be sold under the better-known Passat and Jetta names.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"937\">Looking ahead, Volkswagen also plans to export Jetta-branded vehicles, starting with Central Asian countries. The automaker notes that all models are being adapted to meet foreign market requirements, although technical details about powertrains have not yet been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1302\">Separately, the company confirmed the relaunch of the Jetta brand in China: starting in 2026, four new electrified models for the affordable segment will be introduced. They will feature modern driver-assistance systems and cost under 100,000 yuan (around $14,000).
