The shutdowns will affect the Pomigliano plant (near Naples, Italy) and the Poissy facility west of Paris.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"670\">At Pomigliano, production of the Fiat Panda will be halted from September 29 to October 6, while output of the Alfa Romeo Tonale crossover will remain suspended until October 10. Around 3,800 employees will be placed on temporary leave during the stoppage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"944\">In France, the Poissy plant, which produces the DS3 and Opel Mokka models, will idle from October 13 to 31. The site employs about 2,000 workers.
