Local authorities said one of the vessels in the port caught fire.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"790\">Sources noted that two Aframax-class tankers, <em data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"579\">Kusto<\/em> and <em data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"593\">Cai Yun<\/em>, each with a capacity of 700,000 barrels and registered in the Seychelles, caught fire in the port. Three oil pumping stations that channel crude to another Baltic port, Ust-Luga, were also hit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"992\">Ust-Luga itself came under drone attack at the end of August and has since been operating at half capacity. Repairs are currently underway in Primorsk, but it is unclear when operations will resume.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1234\">In August, Primorsk exported an average of 1.15 million barrels of crude per day \u2014 35% of Russia\u2019s total seaborne crude exports of 3.3 million bpd. Between 9 and 11 tankers with a deadweight of up to 150,000 tons departed the port weekly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1401\">Ust-Luga typically exports around 600,000\u2013700,000 bpd, sending about six tankers to sea per week.
