Compared to June, the semiconductor market grew by 3.6%, according to a press release from the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"497\">Sales in North and South America jumped 23.9% year-on-year, in China by 10.4%, in Europe by 5.7%, and in the Asia-Pacific and other regions by 35.6%. Meanwhile, Japan recorded a decline of 6.3%.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"698\">Month-on-month, chip sales increased by 8.6% in the Americas and by 4.9% in the Asia-Pacific region.
