There were also no supplies of Belarusian fuel, which is usually shipped through the ports of Ust-Luga and St. Petersburg, according to data from the consulting group A-95, Enkorr reports.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"646\">\u201cThe output of the Mozyr and Novopolotsk refineries was consumed on the domestic Belarusian market or supplied to EAEU countries, including Russia, where there is a shortage of high-octane fuel,\u201d the report states.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"808\">At the same time, in early September, a tanker carrying 35,000 tons of Belarusian gasoline was shipped from Transneft\u2019s terminal in Ust-Luga bound for Guinea.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1039\">The largest export volumes earlier in the year came from terminals in Ust-Luga (606,000 tons) and St. Petersburg (169,000 tons). Significant volumes were also shipped from Arkhangelsk (155,000 tons) and Murmansk (139,000 tons).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1296\">The main destinations for Russian and Belarusian gasoline were Libya (251,000 tons) and Brazil (235,000 tons). Large volumes also went to Iran (96,000 tons) and Ghana (94,000 tons).
