{"id":150275,"date":"2025-09-16T12:00:45","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T09:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=150275"},"modified":"2025-09-08T22:05:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T19:05:12","slug":"uryad-sprostyv-pravyla-vvezennya-gumanitarnyh-likiv","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/uryad-sprostyv-pravyla-vvezennya-gumanitarnyh-likiv\/","title":{"rendered":"The government simplifies rules for importing humanitarian medicines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"72\" data-end=\"267\">The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a series of decisions to ensure uninterrupted access to medicines, particularly those entering Ukraine as humanitarian aid, the Ministry of Health reported.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"365\">First, legal uncertainty regarding medicines imported as humanitarian aid has been eliminated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"591\">From now on, the regulatory framework clearly states that such medicines are not subject to state quality control procedures, and responsibility for their quality and safety lies with the recipient of the humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"813\">\u201cThis establishes clear and transparent rules for organizations delivering these medicines without the intention of resale, simplifying and accelerating the supply of essential drugs to people,\u201d the ministry explained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"880\">Second, the procedure for price declaration has been regulated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1083\">Holders of registration certificates for medicines produced under contract at other companies\u2019 facilities can now independently set wholesale release prices and submit them to the National Catalogue.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1265\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cPreviously, this option was available only to direct manufacturers.
