With its production launch, we reaffirm our commitment to an all-electric future and demonstrate our ability to meet customer expectations,\u201d said Francesca Gamboni, Head of Operations at Volvo Cars.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1114\">The model is being built at Volvo\u2019s Chengdu plant, which operates on climate-neutral energy.
