A corresponding draft law has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced on Telegram.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"291\" data-end=\"628\">\u201cThe government\u2019s bill eliminates the mandatory signing of a work completion certificate to pay for services in non-cash form as proof of service delivery.
