At the same time, the effectiveness of inspections has been maintained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"744\">\u201cWe are changing the philosophy of inspections. The moratorium is not a total ban, but a restriction. We are actively applying a risk-based approach,\u201d Karnaukh noted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"1019\">She emphasized that the STS only conducts inspections where the highest risks and likelihood of violations exist. Around 80 risk factors have been identified to assess the need for inspections.
