She announced this on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"262\" data-end=\"380\">According to her, the draft Program is based on four pillars \u2013 security, economy, human dignity, and reconstruction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"492\">On this basis, 12 priorities were identified, which the government promised to turn into concrete decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"518\">Security and Defense<\/strong> \u2013 the goal is that half of the arms budget goes to Ukrainian manufacturers; the launch of Defence City is planned, along with joint production with global companies such as Rheinmetall, BAE Systems, and others.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"855\"><strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"757\">European integration<\/strong> \u2013 ready to start accession negotiations with the EU across six clusters by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1065\"><strong data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"876\">Anti-corruption<\/strong> \u2013 from the very beginning of this government\u2019s work, the BEB, ARMA, and Customs operations were rebooted. The Cabinet also plans digital services such as e-Notary, e-Court, and CNAP 2.0.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1500\"><strong data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1078\">Welfare<\/strong> \u2013 the government has planned compensation for destroyed housing, changes in the pension system, and the provision of social services. UAH 75 billion is planned for the development of frontline regions in 2025\u20132026. It is also expected that 180,000 families will receive increased child-birth assistance, and 100,000 families with children under 3 years will benefit from the eNursery and eKindergarten programs by 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1661\"><strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1520\">Veteran policy<\/strong> \u2013 plans include adopting the Code of Laws on Defenders, launching veteran spaces, housing certificates, and grants for veteran businesses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1776\"><strong data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1692\">Macro-finance and reforms<\/strong> \u2013 Ukraine has assurances from partners for $37.4 billion of support in 2026\u20132027.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1923\">\u201cWe are expecting an IMF mission, and with high probability we will have a new program. We also plan a new Customs Code,\u201d commented Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"2535\"><strong data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1937\">Business<\/strong> \u2013 by the end of 2026, the government intends to attract more than \u20ac5 billion through various instruments (UIF, G2G, PPP). The first project of the American-Ukrainian Reconstruction Fund is estimated at $100 million. UAH 55 billion will be allocated to the <em data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2211\">Made in Ukraine<\/em> policy. Business will have 5 years without inspections and significant deregulation. The government also expects more than UAH 12 billion from privatization, including sanctioned assets, as well as the launch of agro-hubs <em data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2449\">Grain Ukraine<\/em> and <em data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2473\">Food from Ukraine<\/em>. A large-scale national irrigation project is also planned.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2925\"><strong data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2558\">Health and Sports<\/strong> \u2013 the government promises to raise salaries of primary care and emergency doctors to UAH 35,000, as well as provide additional incentives for medics in villages and frontline regions. An annual check-up program for Ukrainians aged 40+ will be launched, along with 200 mental health centers, nearly 300 rehabilitation spaces, an e-Patient Cabinet, and an e-License.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"3086\">\u201cIn sports, we will involve 3 million Ukrainians in mass projects, create an Olympic Lab, and implement the EU Youth Guarantee initiative,\u201d added Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3512\"><strong data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3113\">Education and Science<\/strong> \u2013 100,000 teachers and 50,000 educators will undergo advanced training; 500 kindergartens will be opened. A reform of higher education and science funding is planned. ScienceCity will be launched, with grants for 2,000 young researchers and a STEM PhD program. By 2026, 10 joint scientific-technical projects with business will be funded, while the <em data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3470\">Mriya<\/em> system will reach 1.1 million children.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3730\"><strong data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3532\">Reconstruction<\/strong> \u2013 a Recovery Fund and a comprehensive reconstruction plan will be created. The focus is on housing, energy, and infrastructure: 10 projects in housing and utilities, 5 in transport, 4 in housing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3732\" data-end=\"3936\">\u201cWe are launching the <em data-start=\"3754\" data-end=\"3767\">RestoreHome<\/em> program, special programs for the return of Ukrainians with housing, jobs, and social support, as well as a multiple citizenship mechanism,\u201d the Prime Minister noted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3938\" data-end=\"4268\"><strong data-start=\"3938\" data-end=\"3949\">Culture<\/strong> \u2013 this year, at least 10 cultural heritage sites are planned to be restored, while by 2026, UAH 500 million will be invested in preservation and restoration.
