We plan to check who is actually working and who is just holding licenses without extraction. Such assets must either deliver results or be returned to auction for bona fide investors,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"691\">According to Svyrydenko, it was also decided to relaunch tenders for the distribution of hydrocarbons at the Mezhyhirya and Svichanska fields.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"1088\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cThe conditions have been updated\u2014with the U.S. partner having the right to purchase the output and with a guarantee that no more favorable terms will be offered to other participants.
