Intelligence sources recalled that a barrel currently costs $66\u201368, but the market is facing \u201ca new price war.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"726\">\u201cThe OPEC+ oil deal is falling apart: Saudi Arabia is ramping up oil production, creating an oversupply. Shale exporters are also rapidly increasing drilling despite the price,\u201d the intelligence service explained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1041\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Additional pressure on the market comes from China\u2019s economic slowdown, as well as increased oil exports from Brazil, Guyana, and Norway. Meanwhile, geopolitical risks, which previously pushed prices up by several dollars, now have almost no impact.
