The company earned NT$323.2 billion (about $10.8 billion), in line with analysts\u2019 expectations of a 25% revenue growth for TSMC in the third quarter.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"598\">Despite the strengthening of the Taiwan dollar, TSMC is showing rapid growth: from January to July this year, sales rose by 38% compared to the same period in 2024. The company is actively working to bridge the gap between supply volumes and high demand, particularly from giants such as Nvidia and AMD.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"834\">TSMC shares, traded on the Taipei exchange, hit a record high on Thursday after the Trump administration announced new tariffs on chips, from which TSMC will be exempt thanks to its investments in manufacturing in the United States.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1157\">In addition to its dominance in the field of artificial intelligence, the company continues to supply chips for smartphones \u2014 a segment that, according to Sony, is gradually recovering.
