This is according to data published on the ProZorro website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"420\">The property sold is located at 19, 21, and 23 Staronavodnytska Street, which, according to the bank\u2019s official website, was home to its main administrative offices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"688\">The auction for the building began on June 27 and concluded on July 14. The initial asking price was UAH 341.8 million but was later reduced to UAH 317.9 million. Only one buyer participated in the auction \u2014 LLC Dolya i Ko LTD, which officially became the new owner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"1007\">According to OpenDataBot, the purchasing company was registered in Kyiv on April 9, 1992. It is owned by members of the Tatarintsev family: Yaroslav (40% of the charter capital), Larysa (30%), and Andriy (30%). Larysa Tatarintseva is listed as the general director, and the company&#8217;s charter capital is UAH 2 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1220\">According to <em data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1032\">Telegraf<\/em>, Ukrgasbank\u2019s new address will be 29 Kovpaka Street in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv.
