This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum provides for the creation of a comprehensive market infrastructure \u2013 from exchange trading to clearing, settlement and securities storage.<\/p>\n<p>The document provides for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the creation of a single holding company that will unite key market infrastructure institutions;<\/li>\n<li>state participation in the new structure at a level of at least 25%;<\/li>\n<li>attracting an international strategic investor through a public tender;<\/li>\n<li>launching a new stock exchange;<\/li>\n<li>optimising the management of the National Depository and the Settlement Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The memorandum was signed by Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko, First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Andriy Pyshnyy, Acting Chairman of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Yaroslav Shlyakhov, and EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso.<\/p>\n<p>The next stage will be legislative changes, a competition to attract investors, and reform of the management of market institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":149841,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-149840","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/149840","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/149841"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=149840"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=149840"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=149840"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=149840"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
