This estimate was given by the chairman of the National Bank Kyrylo Shevchenko during the Kyiv Economic Forum.<\/p>\n<p>There are different estimates of the &#8220;gray&#8221; economy. We in the National Bank believe that this is up to 30% of GDP. If we talk about the savings of Ukrainian citizens who are outside the banking system after 2010, it is equal to $ 30-35 billion &#8211; in dollars, euros and hryvnias, &#8220;Shevchenko said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As for the question of how to get this money&#8221; from under the mattress &#8220;, it is a non-bank financial market.
