The text of the relevant order was published on the Cabinet&#8217;s website on Thursday, September 30.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Appointment and dismissal of employees of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine is made by the Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine without the consent of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine,&#8221; the document \u21161187-r of September 29, 2021 reads.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, for the period prior to the appointment of the Supervisory Board, the Cabinet of Ministers delegated to the NJSC Board the authority to approve internal regulations on ensuring the internal control system, appointing and dismissing the Head of Risk Management, the Head of the Anti-Corruption Program and financial controller, which regulates the company&#8217;s activities.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the government terminated the decision of Naftogaz&#8217;s supervisory board of May 13-14 this year to revoke the powers delegated to the company&#8217;s board, as well as the decision of May 24 on the need to coordinate personnel issues with the supervisory board.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":130904,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-130900","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/130900","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/130904"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=130900"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=130900"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=130900"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=130900"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
