CEO Michael O\u2019Leary stated this.<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Leary predicts the signing of an agreement between Ukraine and the EU by the end of 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;One of the markets I would single out is Ukraine. I think we will become the main investor in Ukraine when they join the European open skies agreement,&#8221; O&#8217;Leary said.<\/p>\n<p>The company currently operates at five airports in Ukraine, but O&#8217;Leary added that there are about 12 potential airports in the country. Ryanair launched the first flights from Ukraine in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>According to the agency, migrant workers are a significant market for a company that offers, on average, a fare of 40 euros per flight.
