{"id":129626,"date":"2021-07-20T15:00:41","date_gmt":"2021-07-20T12:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/?post_type=news&#038;p=129626"},"modified":"2021-07-25T12:11:52","modified_gmt":"2021-07-25T09:11:52","slug":"rada-pryjnyala-zakon-pro-borgy-na-gazovomu-rynku","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/news\/novosti\/rada-pryjnyala-zakon-pro-borgy-na-gazovomu-rynku\/","title":{"rendered":"The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on the gas market debts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At its session held on Wednesday, July 14, the Verkhovna Rada adopted by 303 votes the law 3508-d, concerning the restructuring of debts for gas and its transportation services to heat and power companies.<\/p>\n<p>The document also regulates the debts of regional gas and regional gas sales, provides for the restructuring of debts of water utilities.<\/p>\n<p>According to the law, the debt will be regulated by mutual settlements with the state budget, restructuring of the outstanding debt on the terms specified by law, write-off of fines, penalties and financial sanctions that will accrue on the debt, subject to repayment of the debt.<\/p>\n<p>The document postpones the settlement date from July 1, 2016 to June 1, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The law extended the deadline for debt restructuring.<\/p>\n<p>The same conditions are provided for the settlement of fines \/ penalties imposed on heat and water supply and sewerage companies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":129627,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-129626","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/129626","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/129627"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=129626"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=129626"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=129626"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=129626"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
