The press service of the White House reports.<\/p>\n<p>This is a decree of August 2020 on restrictions against the Chinese companies ByteDance and Tencent, which own the video service TikTok and messenger WeChat.<\/p>\n<p>Trump&#8217;s decree forbade Americans from doing any business with these companies, including buying advertising from them.
