On May 31, 2021, the Environmental and Food Appeals Board refused to issue a permit,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for this decision was that the Environmental Protection Agency did not sufficiently study the issue of wildlife protection when laying the pipeline.
