According to The Wall Street Journal, the case concerns discrimination in advertising.<\/p>\n<p>According to the lawsuit, McDonald&#8217;s violated federal and state civil rights law by demonstrating &#8220;racial hatred and racial stereotypes&#8221; in the distribution of advertising media.<\/p>\n<p>According to the document, the company refused to advertise in the media owned by African-American Allen. The lawsuit alleges that blacks make up about 40 percent of McDonald&#8217;s customers, but in 2019, the company spent $ 1.6 billion from its advertising budget in the United States less than $ 5 million on advertising in black media.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs also allege that McDonald&#8217;s has never advertised on Entertainment Studios since its inception in 2009.
