Instead, he receives a reward in the form of options on the company&#8217;s shares. In 2020, the businessman received options for shares of the automaker worth $ 11 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The head of Paycom business software developer Chad Richison with 211 million dollars took the second line in the ranking. Amir Den Rubin, CEO of 1Life Healthcare, came in third with $ 199 million.<\/p>\n<p>Note that Tesla completed the first quarter of 2021 with record profits.
