The SETAM press service reported this.<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that the final price of the lot is 307.3 million hryvnias, which is 65 million hryvnias higher than the starting offer, the report says.<\/p>\n<p>Three companies took part in the auction, and the guarantee fee was 12 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p>Perfom Standard became the winner of the auction. According to the State Register of Legal Entities, it was created in February 2020, registered in Kyiv, its authorized capital is 15,000 hryvnias. The beneficial owner is Inna Prilepko.<\/p>\n<p>The building of the hotel of the Military-St. Nicholas Monastery with an area of \u200b\u200b6,700 sq.m. &#8211; a monument of architecture and urban planning of the local level. Located on Ivan Mazepa Street.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Until 2015, the building belonged to Delta Bank. After the bankruptcy of the financial institution, the building was seized, and it was mortgaged by the National Bank of Ukraine to ensure that Delta Bank fulfilled its obligations under the refinancing loan.<\/p>\n<p>Now the winner of the auction has 10 days to deposit money for the purchased lot.<\/p>\n<p>According to SETAM CEO Oleksandr Mamra, given the high price of the lot, as well as the final beneficiary-debtor, there is a possibility of failure of the auction.
