This was reported on the regulator&#8217;s website on Friday, April 23.<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that such powers of the NBU are provided by the Law on Basic Principles of Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Objects of critical infrastructure in the banking system of Ukraine include banks, the stable operation of which ensures the stability of the banking system, is essential for the economy and security of the state, the functioning of society and which are of significant public interest,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, we are talking about banks that are in the list of systemically important, and banks in which the state directly or indirectly has a share of more than 75% of the authorized capital.<\/p>\n<p>The regulator has established the following list of critical infrastructure facilities in the banking system of Ukraine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National Bank of Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>AB Ukrgasbank<\/li>\n<li>Joint Stock Bank South<\/li>\n<li>JSC CB PrivatBank<\/li>\n<li>JSC A-Bank<\/li>\n<li>JSC Alfa-Bank<\/li>\n<li>JSC OTP Bank<\/li>\n<li>Oschadbank JSC<\/li>\n<li>FUIB JSC<\/li>\n<li>JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval<\/li>\n<li>JSC TAScombank<\/li>\n<li>JSC Ukreximbank<\/li>\n<li>JSC UkrSibbank<\/li>\n<li>JSC Universal Bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The NBU added that the criteria and procedure for enrollment of banks in critical infrastructure in the banking system of Ukraine are defined by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of November 30, 2020 \u2116151 On approval of the Regulation on critical infrastructure in the banking system of Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":128390,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-128389","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/128389","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/128390"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=128389"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=128389"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=128389"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=128389"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
