If the negotiations succeed, the deal will be the second largest for Microsoft after the acquisition of LinkedIn for $ 27 billion in 2016, according to CNBC.<\/p>\n<p>Nuance&#8217;s net profit in the fourth quarter was $ 7 million. Revenue fell 4% to $ 346 million. The company was founded in 1992. At the end of September last year, its staff numbered 7.1 thousand people.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of Microsoft shares rose 1% on Friday, Nuance &#8211; by 0.8%.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft&#8217;s capitalization has increased by 15% since the beginning of this year, and by 55% in the last twelve months.
