This was announced on Monday, March 29, by the State Agency for Energy Efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Experts of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe with the support of the Ministry of Energy and the State Agency conducted studies of the potential of hydrogen technologies in Ukraine for Energy Efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that the results showed the feasibility of introducing a hydrogen economy, ample opportunities for this, as well as the benefits of infrastructure connected to the EU.<\/p>\n<p>According to the agency, hydrogen production will be able to provide flexibility of the power system, decarbonization of industry and the transport sector, as well as long-term storage of electricity.<\/p>\n<p>In order to implement the program of hydrogen energy development in Ukraine until 2050, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop legislation and standards for the production, transportation, storage and use of hydrogen;<\/li>\n<li>develop incentives;<\/li>\n<li>implement a pilot project for the production of &#8220;green&#8221; hydrogen;<\/li>\n<li>develop hydrogen transportation infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":127927,"menu_order":0,"template":"","newscat":[9],"newstag":[],"issues":[],"class_list":["post-127926","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","newscat-novosti"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news\/127926","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/127927"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=127926"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"newscat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newscat?post=127926"},{"taxonomy":"newstag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newstag?post=127926"},{"taxonomy":"issues","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ldaily.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/issues?post=127926"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
