McDonald&#8217;s promises they will not have flavor enhancers: only natural ingredients to improve texture, frying and taste. The size of the buns was &#8220;optimized&#8221; so that they matched the cutlet.<\/p>\n<p>Beef cutlets will also be cooked differently &#8211; grilled in small batches. Onions will be added at the frying stage. Cheddar cheese will be put at a certain temperature so that it melts on a hot cutlet. Big Mac will have more sauce. Finally, the ingredients for making burgers will be served in the kitchen more often and in smaller batches.<\/p>\n<p>New cooking rules have been introduced in December in all establishments of the network. The changes were made after a global survey on which elements of the burger are most important to customers.
