American Pfizer is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Greek government spokesman Stelios Petsas stated it’s expanding its presence in Greece, creating 600 workplaces.<\/p>\n

“Greece is attracting big investment and is looking to reverse the ‘brain drain.’ Pfizer CEO Albert Burla. By the end of this year, 200 people will be working in the digital hub of this large pharmaceutical company in Thessaloniki, “said Petsas.<\/p>\n
“These investments will create another 350 jobs in the first phase. Thus, despite the pandemic crisis, in a short period of time in a city like Thessaloniki, a large multinational corporation creates jobs for 600 people with the possibility of doubling this number,” he said. Petsas.<\/p>\n
He noted that between 15% and 20% of job applications come from Greeks living abroad who have immigrated due to the protracted crisis and want to return to Greece, provided they can find a job where they can use their skills.<\/p>\n
