Albert Burla sold 132,508 shares of Pfizer at an average price of $ 41.94 per share. This price is close to the maximum for the year – for the last 52 weeks the shares were not worth more than $ 41.99. As a result, the CEO earned $ 5.6 million.<\/p>\n
According to the documents provided to the SEC, the deal was scheduled for August 19 in accordance with US laws on insider trading. Burla now owns 81,812 shares of Pfizer.<\/p>\n
