Majewski previously served as chairman of the board of the LOTOS group of companies and vice president of the board of directors of the Stalowa Wola metallurgical plant.<\/p>\n<p>Kwieci\u0144ski resigned as chairman of the board for personal reasons, PGNiG reported.
