Earlier on Monday, Noble Energy reported that the company&#8217;s shareholders had approved a merger with the Chevron.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was announced in July this year. Under the terms of the agreement, Noble Energy shareholders received 0.1191 Chevron shares for each Noble Energy share.
