The American technology company Nvidia is approaching to the agreement to purchase the British chip manufacturer Arm from the Japanese SoftBank. Bloomberg sources said, the operation may be announced next week. Companies were discussing the agreement under which Arm would be valued at about $ 40 billion in cash and stocks, stated two interlocutors.
