The deal will be approximately of $ 40 billion. According to the Financial Times, the deal could be announced today. Observers do not exclude that the agreement between Nvidia&#8217;s video processor makers and Arm Holdings&#8217; smartphone and tablet processors can cause issues in antitrust authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Although Softbank can sell with a profit the Arm Holdings &#8211; four years ago, Japanese paid $ 32 billion for the British company &#8211; experts believe such sale is forced.
