“The DCH Group is ready to take responsibility for the resumption of domestic aircraft construction and raise $ 1 billion to rebuild the company. From this amount, $ 100 million will go to pay off debts; $ 500 million for the completion of aircrafts, production of which has already begun, and the part of new one, $ 400 million – for development programs “, – stated in the text.<\/p>\n
