Serbia opens its market for Ukrainian fowl

Ukraine and Serbia have approved a veterinary certificate form for export of fowl. The companies which can export to the EU only could perform the deliveries.

Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections (PSUSIFCP) and veterinary service of Serbia have approved a form of the veterinary certificate for export of fowl to Serbia.Import of products in this veterinary certificate form is possible only for the entities which having the right of export to the EU or those which Serbian competent authority has inspected.

As has reported ‘Delo.UA’, for the first three-quarters 2016 Ukraine has increased its chicken meat export by 26%. Deliveries have reached 180 thousand tonnes.Production of chicken meat also shows positive dynamics. For the first three-quarters, production has grown by 3%, to 855 thousand tonnes.
