PJSC “Jacobs Ukraine” (Trostyanets, Sumy region) is going to pay shareholders dividends of 121.87 million hryvnia in the period from 22 August to 23 December 2016.
According to the company’s data in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the decision has been taken by the general meeting of shareholders of August 4, 2016.
Net profit of PJSC “Jacobs Ukraine” in 2015 amounted to 121.87 million dollars, net profit – 2.27 billion dollars.
As reported, the PJSC “Jacobs Ukraine” was founded in 2015 by allocating a separate company from the structure of “Mondelis Ukraine” (earlier – Kraft Foods Ukraine).
“Mondelis Ukraine” sells its products under the brands Jacobs, Carte Noire, “Korona”, Milka, “Vedmedik” Barney “, OREO, TUC,” Belvita! Dobroe utro! “,” Lux “, Halls, Dirol, Picnic and Tassimo.
Net profit of “Mondelis Ukraine” in 2014, decreased by 46.3% compared with the previous year – up to 276.25 million hryvnia.
